VBA Automation Project

  • Developed macro on “Fax coversheet” for Image Retrieval team which has helped in reducing the touch point and manual intervention, which has also helped in reducing errors for the team. The macro saves 6 FTE’s per month.
  • Developed macro for Account Maintenance team on Exceeds Threshold work type, which helped in reducing manual intervention while sending fee estimation for the cases. The Macro saves 15 FTE’s per month
  • Developed Star Not Found email sending macro for Image Retrieval team, which helped in sending emails through macro. This macro helped in meeting the SLA for the cases and saves 4 FTE’s and reduces 40 errors per month.
  • Developed integrated email sending macro for Access Control Team which has helped in reducing the errors of the team and manual intervention. The macro saves 3 FTE’s per month.
  • Developed JIRA dashboard for daily status report which has helped the SPARTA team in reducing the time consumption for status report. This implementation has saved 0.15 FTE save per month.
