• Integrated new technologies, in conjunction with Microsoft, into existing seller portal systems, increasing capabilities and improving overall performance of the seller app.

• Delivered Theos Observability program across the end investor space, enabling continuous and effective monitoring of app health across platforms within Fidelity.

CORE ACTIVITIES

• Designed and developed 17 Layer 7 and Java APIs from scratch, currently used in business critical applications such as Account Summary, Holdings, Morning-Star connections etc.
• Wrote 3 standalone Google APIGEE applications implementing the best security for our underlying data.
• Designed the “Sell to cover Framework Micro-Architecture” for International withdrawal applications, connecting to SWIFT and CITI via MT101.
• Enhanced the SPS account opening module performance by reducing account creation time from 15 seconds to 3.4 seconds per client.
• Designed and developed single-handedly, an application to visualize JSON data, now being widely used in India and UK.
• Created an automated test-suite for customer creation process in Stock Plan Service product to help reduce routine testing effort by 70-80%.
• Wrote highly maintainable, SOLID code for a Java 8 based backend system, forming the core framework for Stock Plan applications.
• Collaborated closely with UK Business Team to help create a new product category – GIA (General Investment Account) within our existing ecosystem.

NON-CORE ACTIVITIES

• Strengthened developmental methodologies by introducing clean code principles within my team to help clean-up existing code base.
• Trained 15 new joiners in Java coding and Backbone JS. Closely mentored 4 interns to create an innovative mock platform for the sales team.
