• Tracking Project Progress: I've successfully tracked project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and produced regular status reports for project managers and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Schedule and Risk Management: I have conducted monthly Schedule and Risk workshops, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to analyze problematic areas and provide actionable recommendations and solutions. This experience demonstrates my ability to address disruptions and challenges effectively.
• Cost Savings: I implemented practices and procedures to reduce cash outflow and increase savings, reflecting my experience in optimizing processes and delivering cost-efficient solutions.

In my role as a Consultant at KPMG, I contributed to project management and process improvement initiatives, which align with the core requirements of the Program Manager II role at Amazon Transportation Services. Here are key achievements:

• Schedule Development: I developed a detailed L4 level Baseline schedule in MSP for a complex project involving multiple components, showcasing my proficiency in using project management tools.
• Schedule Optimization: I achieved schedule optimization through critical path analysis and schedule compression, reflecting my ability to address disruptions and drive improvements, similar to the role's focus on real-time process improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: I conducted daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings with various internal and external stakeholders, showcasing my experience in stakeholder management, a crucial aspect of the Program Manager II position.
• Process Improvement: I actively contributed to process improvement efforts, including the development of a Project Governance framework, establishment of SOPs, and the creation of project KPIs, which align with the role's emphasis on driving process improvements.

• Project Schedule Management: Managed project schedules by ensuring deadlines were met and workflows were adjusted as needed, showcasing my ability to keep projects on schedule, which is essential in addressing disruptions and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Procurement and Logistics Management: Oversaw procurement and logistics, including floating inquiries, order finalization, and transportation and delivery of goods. • Major Project Achievement: Successfully commissioned India's largest Blast Furnace and Steel Melting Shop, reflecting my capability to handle complex projects, similar to the need to address unexpected events and challenges at Amazon Transportation Services.

• Baseline Schedule Development: Developed a detailed L4 level Baseline schedule for a program consisting of six major projects. Achieved schedule optimization through critical path analysis and schedule compression, highlighting my ability to manage project schedules efficiently, aligning with the requirement to address disruptions and make real-time process improvements.
• Project Strategy Formulation: Formulated project strategies based on priorities, milestones, and critical paths. Prepared detailed schedules for testing and commissioning, reflecting my ability to create and execute effective plans, which is crucial in addressing issues and disruptions.
• Milestone Adherence: Monitored activities to ensure adherence to vital milestones and deliverables, demonstrating my focus on progress tracking and timely project delivery, a key requirement for the Amazon role.
• Site Coordination and Workshops: Conducted site coordination meetings and planning/project control workshops involving various stakeholders, including clients and sub-contractors. • Development of Detailed L4 level Baseline schedule in Primavera for the overall program consist of 6 major projects such as 4LTPA smelter plant, 4.5LPTA Refinery, Power Distribution and Raw Material Handling System.
• Prepared detail budget for respective projects using bottom-up estimation.
• Job Cost Report: Preparation of JCR and Earned Value Analysis of the project on monthly basis.
• MIS: Preparation and updation of periodic reports and presentations including all Schedules of construction to circulate all stakeholders.

• Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Structural and Equipment erection, responsibility included equipment alignment using micrometers for maintaining tolerance limits.
