Job Responsibilities

• Acting as reporting Manager for the client account
• Leading a Team of 21 members on Various project including development efforts
• Preparing Effort Estimation (DEV & QA) and Test Plan

Project Management Roles:

• Daily review meeting to monitor UAT task completion and defect resolution status
• Coordinate with System Integrators (MOC business users) for issues encountered in Order Processing, analyze their root cause, assign the issue to relevant owner, follow up with vendors for solution at expected release date in UAT environment, coordinate with testers to test the developed fixes and configuration changes in TEST environment, get approval from Change Control Board so that the successfully tested fixes and changes can be promoted to production environment
• Manage Test Plans in MTM & TFS (Testing & Defect management tool)
• Regular meetings with Business Analysts to specifically ensure that CSR, Billing and Tax operations are tested thoroughly in ERP Solution during UAT.
• Single handedly performed (from Entinuum Production) automatic data validation of migrated data from legacy system (eFuel) to Entinuum
• Led a team of 12 and completed designing of CCATs and testing of 80 + SSRS Reports
