• Salvaging E&O parts with allied plant and to local traders.

Major KPIs: Estimate and publish plant forecast numbers, control the inventory to achieve plant efficiency metrics, and maintain minimal RM air freight cost.

• Managed material planning, production, and logistics operations for automotive customers, including Hyundai, Renault, and PSA, focusing on maintaining high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Conducted in-depth analysis of production data and client requirements to optimize schedules and inventory management, resulting in improved delivery performance.
• Collaborated closely with Hyundai, Renault, and PSA representatives to address and resolve production and supply chain issues, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Strong understanding of material planning, PPC, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan, and facilitate on-time materials to the production line, as and when required, avoiding disruption to production.
• Experience of planning, logistics, and supply chain in manufacturing environments.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials to the customer.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with the customer and be responsible for obtaining day-wise, week-wise, and month-wise tentative production plans from the customer. Plan the internal production line accordingly.
• Responsible for creating ASN in customer's SAP and overseeing price changes and PO changes accordingly.
• Check customers' production line WIP status from time to time and ensure there is no shortage of personnel.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in inventory planning.
• Oversaw movement of materials from the production line to the warehouse and from the warehouse to the customer's line, vice versa.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, PO queries, and cancellations.
• Managing work orders and coordinating flow of materials and finished products.
