• Accountabilities:
• Worked as a part of 10-member Agile Transformation Consultant Team to design Target Operating Model (TOM) for Wholesale IT department which has 10 Service Lines, more than 1k PODs and more than 10k members
• Created the blue print as well as playbook for the Target Operating Model
• Conducted agile assessments of SLs to understand their ways of working, culture, org structure to perform the gap analysis with respect to TOM
