• Develops a strategic view, within the context of the School’s Vision, Mission, Values, Strategic Plan, strategic objectives, policies and procedures. Also, responsible for ensuring Departmental policies and procedures, targets and operations are aligned accordingly
• To ensure preparation of daily lesson plan as per controlled syllabus & get the lesson plan approved as per requirements.
• To coordinate the entire Science activities and experiment practices of the department in addition to my regular duties and responsibilities as a teacher.
• To check and review the received syllabus for adequacy and control prior to its use
• To prepare and submit to office requisitions for purchase of all lab requirements and possess list of equipment’s available in the lab and preventive maintenance schedule of serviceable equipment’s in use
• To monitor conduct of practicals and revision practicals as per schedule and ensure completion of practical courses within stipulated period
• To ensure certification of students’ journal before conduct of practical examination

• Communicated frequently with parents, students and faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies.
• Reviewed curriculum and devised alternate approaches to presenting lessons to increase student understanding.
• Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators and parents to help students reach learning objectives.
