  • Worked on a format for the Interview Assessment Sheet. This format was created after taking feedback from various HMs and HRGs working for various BUs in Honeywell. The Interview Assessment sheet was rationalized and inducted into the system since May 2011.
  • Worked for MT hiring program with Honeywell by approaching various colleges PAN India. This program helped in employing one of the candidates for the post of the Senior Executive - Channel Sales for one of the locations.
  • Participated in Honeywell Sales Academy Program twice and did 20 closures.
