• Reviewed, executes and settle the secondary trades using applications Clear Par and LoanIQ ( LIQ).
• Responsible for pulling trades for clear for to review lenders/seller/buyer deals & facility.
• Attends client calls and prepares minutes of call.
• Also responsible for automation of various reports using MACROS or advance excel formulae.

Loans (Reporting & Risk Reports):

• Prepares various daily, weekly & monthly reports and metrics ( reports of taxes, non taxes, closed trades, open trades, trades with issue, bleed report, report of primary trades, unallocated, expired deals etc.)
• Prepares weekly & monthly Risk Reports and their PPT. updating all metrics on server and review them with clients on call.
• Training to new members.

Loans Servicing

• Execution of collateral using Jellybean application to collect interest on collateral release from custodian.
• Sending above documents to clients when requested after downloading from the deal sites.
• Pulling raw data, journals from QWEST and Intellimatch
• Attending client calls to discuss KRI items and to resolve them.
• Prepared EOD & volume tracker.
