• Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documents

Manage Specialty Loan Updates:

• Worked in this process for 2.5 Years.
• Performed maintenance on deceased customer's mortgage account based on death certificate received and granted authorization to executor or successor based on court documents received.
• Verification of documents from public records data through detail research and cross-checking multiple sources of information.
• Worked on documents related to Name change, Power of Attorney, Guardianship/Conservator, transfer of ownership to trust, etc.
• Prevented losses due to fraud or errors by thoroughly examining documents provided by unauthorized 3rd party to take over the account.
• Supported new joiner in understanding the process, Worked Extra Hours according to the process requirement to prevent out of SLA.
• Worked on Pay Plan Reports which is set by the customer for automatic payment deduction from mortgage account which is cancelled once the customer is deceased.

Fraud Analyst :

• Joined as fraud analyst in Bank of America in 2021, worked in the process for couple of months.
• Review account of customers as per the procedure and analytical skill. Example- activity of the account to prevent bank from loss.
• Analyzing risk on account through counterfeit deposits, such as item with forged signature, stolen check deposits, third party deposits.
• Find resolution on disputed Cheques and communication with seniors for the same.
• Provide client end to end resolution in a given period of time also provide provisional credit to the client for temporary relief as they can do their daily work with that amount.
• We find out the digital transaction and solve it professionally.
