Spearheading activities involving working out various requirements and monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
Studying drawings, plans or patterns of structures to be made or repairing as per requirements.
Conducting equipment, structure and material inspection and report keeping.
Anchoring erection and commissioning of machines and equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Preparing: Detailed breakdown of items in bill of quantity for pricing. Tender documents for subcontractor and suppliers. Cost estimation of project for bid preparation. B.O.M for purchasing and price details. Plans for site erection of project and negotiating with client representative. Inventory control of projects, Planning and procurement of material.
Coordinating and expediting fabrication, erection and commissioning activities with all engineering disciplines to ensure timely completion of all deliverables projects and reporting it to the manager.
Handling of Projects module in SAP for the department.
Managing daily reports and activities including scheduling of work orders, assigning jobs to the workers and coordinating with safety officers and with all engineering disciplines, maintaining job tracking.
Preparation of Monthly operational review and presenting it to the management.
Analyzing capacity constraints and making recommendations for improvement to maximize production output and delivery time frame.
Conducting monthly safety meeting and implementing them.
Implementation of Yearly Suggestion Points.
