1. Administer, configure, and maintain the Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

2. Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems related to Office 365 applications.

3. Manage user accounts, licenses, security policies, and permissions within the Microsoft 365 environment.

1. Upgrading of a premise ePO application to its latest version.

2. Applying the latest hotfix.

• Data loss prevention.

1. Creation and fine-tuning of DLP policies to achieve a true and desired incident count.

2. Responding to the daily DLP issue, and troubleshooting and resolving issues.

3. Maintaining DLP compliance and sending compliance reports every day.

4. Whitelisting email IDs and domains, providing required access for physical media (USB, MTP, DSC).

• Familiarity with compliance and security policies, such as endpoint security (ENS), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and Jira portal for ticket raising.
