1. Project Handled: Reliance Industries Limited, Chlor Alkali, Dahej. (Production capacity of 3,561 TPD of NaOH.)

Responsibility

• Led key process sections of a chlor-alkali project, specifically overseeing the chlorine washing and drying unit, and the hydrogen washing and drying area.
• Participated in HAZOP and SIL sessions to systematically identify, evaluate, and address safety-critical issues.
• Accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

1. Project Handled: Mongol Refinery State-Owned LLC, Mongolia (Par-Isom Unit)

Responsibilities:

• Prepared a basic engineering design questionnaire and attended kickoff meetings.
• Prepared hydraulic flow diagram by performing calculations.
• Designed vessels by referring to the UOP standards.
• Calculated design temperature and design pressure for vessels.
• Ensured metallurgy, post-weld heat treat, and flange rating as per the design conditions. And I prepared a Material Selection Diagram with a draftsman.
• I attended the P&ID review meeting with the client.

2. Project Handled: Sonangol Lobito Refinery, Angola (Par-Isom Unit).

Responsibilities:

• Performed hydraulic calculations for the Par-Isom Unit and prepared a flow diagram.
• Designed vessels by referring to the UOP standards.
• Calculated design temperature and design pressure for vessels.
• Ensured metallurgy, post-weld heat treat, and flange rating as per the design conditions.
• I prepared a Material Selection Diagram with a draftsman.

3. Zallaf Libya Exploration & Production Oil & Gas Company, Libya (Par-Isom).

Responsibilities:

• Performed hydraulic calculations for the Par-Isom Unit.

• Calculated line sizing for the manufacturing plant.
• Performed control valve calculations and prepared a datasheet.
• Performed pump calculations and prepared datasheet.
• Prepared BFD, PFD, and P&ID.
