Bangladesh Operations - Deputy Manager
1) To increase OP Patient to IP conversion conversion.
2 ) Maintaining Estimation list and updating with admission status remarks. Communicating with the patient to counsel regarding the admission status. Resolving the high cost issues with approval to the respective team.
3 ) To increase review and rating of Hospital through Video testimonial.
4) Coordinate for Video Consultation on a daily basis of Bangladeshi Patient.
5) Assist the Bangladesh patients to translate all the information provided by the doctor in Bengali Language.
6) Follow up with all IP patients post admission and surgery to enhance patient satisfaction and better mapping of Patient Journey.
7 ) To increase Google Reviews and Rating of the Hospital. 8) Patients coming from Bangladesh to have their digital footprints with us. Accurate registration of patient with their proper Bangladeshi What's app number, email ID, Indian number, correct passport number. Guiding them to use the app to booking their preferred consultation. Guiding the patient to use NH care app to check their Investigation Results. End to end support to check investigations report status. If anyone can not access the Application then provide them printed copy or mail all reports.
9) Follow up with the patient to ensure reason for pending admission, resolve the issues and admit the patient. To calculate the conversion rate for the previous month. Estimation list follow up and conversation need to taken care of.
10) Assist patient for change of institution/ miss out of immigration stamp.
11) Managing a team of seven people requires effective leadership quality along with constant coordination with other steak holder for a smooth process.
