- Study the contract and scope of work with respect to the contractual obligations of Paharpur.
- Submission of contractual reports, including DPR, WPR, MPR, QPR, etc.
- Preparation of client bills in close coordination with section in-charges and the site in-charge.
- Submission of bills with all the supporting documents, as per the contract, keeping track of outstanding (bill vs. payment), and following up with the customer for the release of payment within the stipulated contractual payment period.
- Management information in case of delays in payments or other issues related to client billing. Project monitoring, micro planning, and resource planning to achieve the target set in the baseline schedule.
- Three-month look-ahead plan with the requirement of steel, cement, and other consumable items.
- Highlighting any deviation from the schedule to the Head Office for corrective action, and supporting the HO Planner in providing inputs for the preparation of reports, impacted schedule, and as-built schedule as needed.
- Providing inputs in case of scope deviations, and other deviations, to HO for onward action.
- Risk analysis and mitigation plan (EOT/COST).
- Financial planning with the project in charge (BUDGET, REVENUE, COLLECTION).
- Update the hindrance register, risk register, along with the site team, and monitor the same. In case of concern, please highlight it to HO.
- Flashing of alarm report including the area of Concern on weekly/monthly basis (As & when required)
- Identification of critical activities and highlight the same to the concerned project person. Release of the latest revision of the execution drawing, and responsible for the collection of superseded revisions. Preparation of the PPT for customer MPR, or as required for meetings with the customer or HO.
- Qty. Estimation and time-to-time reconciliation are required for customer invoicing.
