• To manage every molecular biology and microbiological technique and carry out the tests and analyses in the molecular pathology and microbiology section in accordance with approved protocols & quality standards
• Setting up the tools for isolating DNA and RNA to keep machinery in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
• In accordance with the laboratory's quality management system (QMS), to manage reagent and chemical supplies, guarantee timely requisition, and keep a stock registry.
• Process all microbiological cultures in accordance with quality standards and process all serology sample in accordance with quality standards.

• Here, I was handling all Molecular biology & Haematological techniques and executes the test and analysis in Molecular pathology section as per established procedures & quality standards
• DNA & RNA Isolation, Preparation of reagents for DNA & RNA isolation, To maintain equipment's as per the manufacturer's instructions, To manage stocks of reagent/chemicals & ensure timely requisition and maintain stock register, To maintain quality data, documentation, control charts as per QMS of the laboratory
• To processing of all microbiological cultures as per quality standards
• To processing of all serologies samples as per quality standards
• Responsibility to provide overall support to Pathologists
• Responsibility to collect blood samples as well as Nasopharyngeal and Oropharynx samples to perform SARS-COVID19 test
• Sample packing with thermocol box Blood sample collection
• Performing ABO test
• Preparation of peripheral blood smear
• Operating fully automated analyser in the Haematology department
• Performing Urinalysis
• Performing RAPID Test (HIV, Australian Antigen, Widal, CRP).

During the SARS COVID-19 pandemic, I worked there full-time.
I have done everything I could to help the country and humanity throughout the pandemic in terms of DNA and RNA isolation, reagent preparation, In order to maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations, In order to keep a stock register, manage reagent and chemical inventories, and guarantee prompt procurement, to uphold the laboratory's QMS in terms of quality data, documentation, and control charts
It is your duty to gather blood samples for the SARS-COVID19 test as well as nasopharyngeal and oropharynx samples.

• To handle all patients reports and filling form of COVID-19 with the supports of technical staff of Medical Laboratory and care the patient health with the permission of Civil Surgeon and Senior Medical officer
• Responsibility to provide overall support to Pathologists, Responsibility to collect blood samples as well as Nasopharyngeal and Oropharynx samples to perform SARS-COVID19 test, Sample packing with thermocol box, Blood sample collection, Performing ABO test, Preparation of peripheral blood smear, Operating fully automated analyser in the Haematology department, Performing Urinalysis, Performing RAPID Test (HIV, Australian Antigen, Widal, CRP).
