UNDERGROUND STATION AND RAMP - UGC07

• Inspection of Reinforcement & shuttering work for the structure like Base, Concourse, Roof & Platform slab, Column & Retaining wall & concrete supervision with quality and safety norms.
• Supervision & Inspection of Internal architecture structure (Brickwork/ACC Block work), Plaster, Paint with interior (Granite dry & wet cladding, false flooring, false ceiling, tile fixing) & external work including electrical & MEP work.
• Monitor and report on the Contractor's progress like Progress Tracker, Site optimization report, equipment and materials delivered on the site to the higher authority.
• Monitor the progress of the works against the approved Baseline program of the project.
• Inspection of materials and source approval for filling material.
• Inspection of waterproofing work of slabs, water tank, as per method statement.
• Preparing all reports, such as shift reports, labor reports, daily, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor the contractor’s approved works program, and record the actual start and finish dates of activities.
• Excavation and filling works as per drawings up to formation level.
• Assisting in survey of plot and Drain alignment and execution of works associated with drains as per contract.
• Certification of RA bills as per contract procedures.
• Fully responsible for approval & closing of RFI's, NCR's.
• Inspection of work relating to construction of permanent structure (Individual tunnel, twin box tunnel, cross passages) of Ramp and Underground stations for metro.
• Review of documents related to quality control test records, Monthly progress reports, stations and tunnels drawings, alignment plans, and the supporting documents.
• Responsible for Quality audits as per contractors ITP, method statement and contractual requirements.
• Prepare Report of site progress with Delay Work Progress and 3 week rolling program.
• Inspection of architecture work as per approved drawing & Method Statement.
• Experienced in execution of station related activities for UGC07 such as Rock anchoring, Secant piling, Rock bolting, wall and slab casting.

DEPOT- ARAAY COLONY/GOREGOAN-MUMBAI

• Initial site clearing and assistance in survey for spot levels and establishing TBMs.
• Single and Double box drain works as per the alignment and details in drawings.
• Assisting tree and landscaping department in tree survey.
• Excavation and filling works as per drawings up to formation level.
• Initiation of works of Stabling yards and Maintenance workshop.
• Assisting in survey of plot and Drain alignment and execution of works associated with Drains as per contract.
• Execution of filling works up to formation level.
• Complete barricading of the depot plot.
• Quality inspection of incoming materials and source approval for filling material.
• Certification of RA bills as per contract procedures on behalf of GC.
• Marking and initiating the levels according to the gradient given in GFC drawings of an underpass responsible for execution of the same.

• Execution work. (Construction of RCC road, Single story sub station control building, pipeline and structural supports and civil works).
• Independently handled Mahishrekha, Belmuri, Kalyani & Durgapur work sites of CSW.
• Co-ordinating and controlling contractors & subcontractors.
• Preparation of client Bill.
• Certification of Measurement sheets for subcontractors.
• Manpower handling.
• Assigned tasks to personnel based on their skill sets and monitored progress to ensure timely completion.
