Summary

As a Technical Support Engineer II at Broadcom, I work with customers to troubleshoot and optimize their data center performance, scalability, and reliability using VMware vSphere technologies. I have expertise in distributed and on-demand computing of the vCenter server and ESXi hosts, and I help customers in upgrading and installing the latest versions of these products.

I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Cloud Computing and DevOps, Cloud Architect at Caltech, where I am learning how to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions using Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. I have also obtained multiple certifications in Azure, CCNA, and VMware, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in these domains. My goal is to leverage my technical skills and customer service experience to enable and empower businesses to adopt and benefit from cloud and virtualization technologies.
