- HP is going to have all its models in the KB application
- Once the model-related information is modified and published, the data will flow to OCA
- Admin in OCA can use the models to create different configurations for different vendors (businesses/organizations)
- Once the Config ID is created and published to IQ, the Business can create a Quote and Convert that Quote to Order
