Policy Cancellation and Refund Process :

• Managing cancellation and refund processes for private vehicles, commercial vehicles, and two-wheeler vehicles across India
• Handled queries routed through the Samadhan system within specified TAT, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinated closely with sales teams, customers, and underwriting (U/W) departments to facilitate efficient resolution of cancellation-related issues.
• Prepared and maintained daily MIS reports to track cancellation requests, approvals, and refunds processed.
• Managed receivables twice a month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Published refund tracker and refund pending MIS monthly to provide transparent updates on refund statuses.

Policy Issuance :

• Handled end-to-end transactions related to auto insurance.
