Project #1: SalesOne Application

Role: QA

Description:

• Salesone app will help Sales team member to monitor and manage Customer service details and request like Loans, EMI Credit card, Insurance & Health Card details.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of test scenarios based on Business requirement and functional specification Documents.
• Carrying out manual testing (functional testing), regression testing, User acceptance testing and Sanity testing.
• Testing on both Android and iOS devices.
• Actively participating in QA technical and business reviews and presentations. Raised a Bug on Azure DevOps, follow bug life cycle.

Project #2: Partnerone Application

Role: QA

Description:

• The PartnerOne app by Bajaj Finserv is designed to assist Bajaj Finserv's partners in managing and growing their business. (Lead Management, Product Information)

Responsibilities:

• Performed the various types of testing as per requirement
• Test cases created for all modules and functionalities.
• Requirement gathering and creating scenarios for the complete product functional flow.
• Sharing issues/observations with the team for modules being tested.
• Created test data for project demo.
• Testing various flows with different user profiles as per requirements.
• Report bugs in Azure DevOps and verify bug fixes.

Project #3: Intranet Product Program Portal

Role: QA

Description:

• Product program is the internal application for BFL Risk team, where the team can generate product documents and track all the changes in the product policy documents.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and executing various flows for ensuring all validations are in place as expected.
• Perform end to end testing for products and quote related information including discounts etc.
• Preparing test data and test users to perform end to end functional flow.
• Report bugs in Azure DevOps and verify bug fixes.
• Communication with client related to issues and testing progress.
• Perform testing on different bundle products.

Project #4: Experia Portal

Role: QA

Description:

• Web-portal where customer can easily pay bills & recharge and also can apply instantly and view his/her loan, FD, Card details.

Responsibilities:

• Testing on UAT, Pre-prod and Production Environment on various browsers i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari(MacBook).
• Involved in working on understanding business scope & requirement gathering, Preparation of test cases, test execution, bug raising.
