CAREER PROFILE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and drive end-to-end talent acquisition and employee relations across departments, leveraging HRIS platforms such as MGS, DARWIN to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance management, and Full & Final Settlements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and management of contractual workforce.
