  • Optimizing man, machine, and material utilization to achieve the production target with quality.
  • Knowledge of HACCP(hazard assessment critical control point),CCP,OPRP to identify health hazards and to establish strategies to prevent, eliminate, or reduce their occurrence.
  • To ensure food safety throughout the operation with ISO 22000 guidelines, from receiving, sanitation, production, and consumption.
  • Monitor and verify all the CCPs in the firm under strict food safety SOPs by the Food Safety Management System.

  • Work experience with handling all electric injection molding machines like LS Korea, Sumitomo, Toshiba, and hydraulic injection molding machines like Engel, L&T, Ferromatik, Arburg, Synergy, Krussmuffi, etc.
  • Evaluated existing manufacturing processes to identify areas that can be improved upon.
  • Monitored quality control procedures to maintain product standards across all stages of the production cycle.
