My responsibilities are:

• Lead team of 8 members and meet business requirements on sprint basis.
• Customer interaction for business requirement discussions.
• Work on User Stories assigned based on sprint basis.
• Responsible for working on development of application functionalities.
• Help teammates technically when required.
• Participate in sprint planning and estimation of User Stories.

My responsibilities were:

• Lead a team of 4 people and meet business requirements on daily basis
• Train new joiners to be operable in project as soon as possible
• Bug- fixes on the existing application
• Enhancement & maintenance of existing application
• Preparing effort- estimation and delivery-schedule for the change.
• Conduct weekly meetings with customer to demonstrate the projection of hours of upcoming sprint.

• Preparing effort- estimation and delivery-schedule for the change
• Coordinating with the development and testing team for release activity.
• Providing daily and weekly Works Progress status to on-site team member.

My Responsibilities were to :

• Gain knowledge about the production and quality control of transformer and coils of different kinds in the Radar Magnetics Department of BEL
• Testing of various transformer and coils using new techniques and apparatus
• Research over the new coils and their usage in Reporting Radar.
