• Working on Primary F5 WAF and Secondary Firewall technology, Resolving any issues related to the application onboarded on WAF,

• Patching of WAF related Application's PT (Penetration Testing) & SCA (security configuration assessment) points on quarterly basis.

• Monitoring and blocking any malicious HTTP/S traffic traveling to the web application, and prevents any unauthorized data from leaving the app.

• Provided technical support for customers experiencing issues with web applications.

• Tracking and documenting all defect and resolution in detail which helps in maintenance of system's health record.

• Managing the Onsite network problem with help of ticket's vendor.

• Optimize network perform and reliability by maintaining hardware and software, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring availability to Client users.

• Developed security policies and procedures for network infrastructure to ensure organizational compliance.

• Performed regular backups of critical data stored on the corporate network in accordance with established guidelines.
