1. Formulation Development:

• Designed and developed more than 36 formulations in the automotive and industrial lubricants segment.
• Modify existing products to improve performance.

2. Laboratory Testing and Analysis:

• Conduct physical and chemical tests on lubricants.
• Analyze results and ensure formulations meet industry standards.

3. Performance Evaluation:

• Collaborate with the sales team to assess product performance in real-world conditions.

4. Raw Material Evaluation:

• Assess new base oils, additives and thickeners for potential use.
• Ensure compatibility and performance of raw materials in formulations.

5. Technical Documentation:

• Prepare Technical Datasheets (TDS).
• Formulation records.
• Document lab findings, experimental results and product specification.

6. Competitive Analysis:

• Analyze competitor products to identify gap, strengths and improvement areas for internal formulations.
