• Lead teams in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity. Work with Product Owner to ensure highest value features are delivered on or before agreed time.
• Establish project/program roadmap for release planning that meet business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Perform Sprint planning, Sprint reviews and Sprint retrospectives for Program Increments.
• Facilitate Scrum Stand-Ups, Backlog reviews, Stakeholder meetings using Microsoft Teams.
• Drive iterative and incremental development status updates, issues, open points, potential risk identification and mitigation.
• Prepare and present monthly project status updates, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as burn up, burn down charts, velocity tracking and capital forecasts.

Project management for Bosch Speed Sensors:

• Conduct project feasibility study, requirement management, project acquisition and assessment using DOORS.
• Define project scope, objectives & milestones in Project charter.
• Prepare and track project budget & costs using IGPM Quo, prepare and track project schedule based on detailed work breakdown structure.
• Control and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Sample-shop, Manufacturing, Testing, Quality, Logistics to meet project milestones
• Perform Quality Gates for every project phase.

Deputed for International Project assignment during Jan2019-July 2019 at Bosch , Stuttgart, Germany

• Execution of platform and customer projects on Automotive Connectors at Bosch.
• Derive Proof of Concept, functional design and test requirements.
• Establish comprehensive project documentation, product design specifications, test plans and reports that adhere to Bosch Quality Framework.
• Coordinating for Production planning, tooling, supplier management, change management, FMEA, DRBFM.
