• Filing of 3 EU Countries VAT returns, Intrastat, ECL and other returns Return Prep and filing for retroactive returns.
• Reconciliation for returns.
• Review filed returns for identifying gaps in process or person.
• Coordinating with on-shore teams as may be required Maintaining sharing filing related reports with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Communicated with external customers and taxing jurisdictions to clarify tax notices and resolve other inquiries.
• Handling Off-Product Filings.

• Completing all monthly closure billing requirements
• Processing credit memo requests from business as per established workflow and approval limits
• Understanding & Resolving queries from business units and collections Etc.
• Processing all the billing requirements of priority customer and meeting deadline.
