Formulation and Evaluation of Cocrystal of Efavirenz, In the present research work Efavirenz with caffeine cocrystal formulated to enhance solubility of Anti-HIV drug. This developed cocrystal formulation may provide better results in the HIV treatment as caffeine, which is used as coformer may subside the possible adverse effect of efavirenz (dizziness, vertigo) when used alone.
