• Providing support to Azure patching of servers.
• Installed patches and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the SAP environment.
• Performed tasks related to SAP NetWeaver platform, such as System Copy, Refresh, System Refresh, and Upgrade.

2. Kellogg's India:

• Monitored daily backups of all SAP production systems and ensured successful completion of the backup process.
• Created transport requests between different systems in the landscape to move objects from one system to another.
• Performed system security administration tasks such as user management, authorization setup, and client maintenance.
