- Ensure the adherence of a robust HR process in the dealership to attract, develop and retain the top talent
- Implement a fair and structured recruitment process to attract the best talent in the market
- On-board the new joinees in the dealership
- Ensure the training of all the manpower at the dealership
- Implement a robust performance management system - goal setting, reviews, appraisals
- Conduct salary benchmarking in the local market and recommend increments/ revisions accordingly
- Closely connect with employees to identify and resolve their grievances
- Plan for employee careers within the dealership
- Ensure adherence of the dealership structure to the manpower norms
- Ensure alignment of structure and business objectives
- Plan and implement steps to motivate and engage employees
- Conduct the pulse survey to identify and take corrective actions on key employee concerns
- Conduct a fair exit interview and analyze the key themes emerging
- Track and take corrective actions on key manpower parameters like Adequacy, trained manpower productivity, employee mood and attrition.
