BIO

  • My wife Mala and I have been married for 29 years and have two adult children, Thomas and Laurel. My wife serves alongside me as the Office Manager for Hilltop Christian Camp and operates a web-based business, Aunt Molly’s Big Fat Bag. We love all the opportunities we have had to work closely together both professionally and in volunteer opportunities.
  • I love camp and believe that there is no better place for young people to grow and become more independent than at camp. I dreamed of being involved in camp since my early 20’s but did not pursue the opportunity until much later in life. In late 2019 my wife and I felt it was time to make the change and pursue a career in camp leadership. In 2020 I was given the opportunity to join Hilltop Christian Camp as their Camp Manager, later evolving into the current Executive Director position. I have loved getting to be part of growing Hilltop into the thriving camp that it is today. Over the past 6 years I have helped to bring about explosive growth at Hilltop, developing new and deeper donor relationships, better relationships with supporting churches and building relationships with families seeing camper attendance increase by 33% over the last 5 summers. While I have loved getting to be part of the amazing growth of Hilltop, I know that it is time for me to move to a new camp. I am excited for the opportunity to come alongside a new camp, partnering with their leadership team and board of directors to see how we can build and grow the camp to help youth, young adults and families grow stronger.
