  • If I found any ticket in my queue then I should take responsibility of that ticket and I need to resolve the ticket
  • Usually we are getting tickets notification from Onsite support team or Client team through multiple networks like mail notification, Maximo, Sametime tools, Mobile alert through SMS
  • Whenever they raise a ticket they will provide the details like Priority of the ticket, Description of the ticket and attachments error messages screenshots (if necessary)
  • Once we receive the ticket immediately we have to find the Priority of the ticket, Based on severity of the ticket we have to respond the ticket for resolution
  • As per our business process we are following SLA, Based on SLA I will resolve the ticket
  • If it is P1 ticket, I will respond within 5minutes and I will resolve within 1hour
  • If it is P2 ticket, I will respond within halfen hour and I will resolve within 4hour
  • If it is P3 ticket, I will respond within halfen hour and I will resolve within 1-2business days
  • If it is P4 ticket, I will respond within hour and I will resolve within 3-4 business days
  • Out of these I will get incident tickets like server down, application down or url issue, error 404, error 500, cpu utilisation, port conflict, space issue
  • Along with these sometimes I will get application updates, application deployments, files deployments, applying fix packs and configuration changes
  • Mainly I am working on incident and service request tickets in different environments
  • By referring log files I will interacting with onsite support team i will analyse the issue and i will resolve the issue
  • After resolution of particular issue I forward the reply mail to client and putting cc to both onsite and our teams saying issue has been resolved
  • From our end putting to the resolution information as issue was resolved and hence closed
  • If the ticket is getting escalated we have an escalation matrix, immediately we will interact with the onsite support team SME
  • Most of the cases issues will not get escalated
  • If issues get escalated immediately I will interact with Onsite support team, I will tell to the onsite support guys what is the investigation I did and what is the errors I am getting with the help of onsite support team most of the cases issues will be resolved
