  • The Royal Enfield spare parts warehouse was successfully established at a new site in Oragadam during the 2017-2018 fiscal years, marking a significant milestone in our Greenfield Project.
  • Internal TRAILBLAZER award for the relocation of central warehouse operations to a new spares warehouse of 200,000 sq. ft. with 10,000 SKUs.
  • Internal TRAILBLAZER award for the new transit warehouse setup in Oragadam and Vallam, inspiring innovation and streamlining operations within the plant.
  • The GRN process has transformed, embracing Advance Shipping Notes (ASN) for each SKU, moving beyond the traditional purchase order.
  • Spare parts Individual/kit packing was transitioned from manual to semi-automated with this deployment, resulting in significant workforce reduction and cost savings.
  • Converted 40% of parts to a semi-automated packing machine.
  • Implemented paperless processes throughout warehouse operations.
  • Auto ordering process successfully implemented at Spares and Oil business.
  • Efficiently managing functions such as receipt, pre-packing, kitting, consumables handling, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
