• Responsible for Demand Planning, Order Management, Outbound Operations (Final Packing, VOR, Audit & Claims), and CRM Management
• Managing a team of Indirect reporting (Casuals/Neem/Naps -200 & Staff on contract – 18) and direct reporting of 7 (2 – Deputy managers, 3 - Assistant Managers, and 2 – Executives)
• Reporting to Senior Manager and Deputy General Manager
• Managing an inventory of 180 Crores & monthly sales of 160 Crores (NDP Cost – Net domestic product)
• Managed inventory levels across multiple locations, optimizing stock distribution and minimizing overstock situations.
• Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively to ensure material supply meets customer requirements with minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs.
• Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure purchasing strategies are maximized.
• Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
• Analysed historical sales data and market trends to forecast future product demands accurately
• Resolved discrepancies between forecasted and actual sales, investigating causes and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborated with sales and marketing teams to align demand forecasts with promotional activities and new product launches

• Dispatch Shop floor Management: Categorizing the shipments and storing as per norms
• Loading the shipments as per SOPs and standards of SEW – Euro Drive
• Minimizing the damages, Improving the quality of shipments
• Managing TITO of transporters
• Transportation: Receiving the responses, compiling the comparison reports and finalizing the transporters
• Planning and execution of dispatch for PAN India according the requirement
• Invoices coordination with finance team and supporting documents for dispatch
• Ensuring proper documentation (Online E-way bill, E-Invoices) to the transporters
• Tracking the shipments till reaching the customers
• Connecting and ensuring the timely dispatch of materials on the same day of invoicing
• Reviewing the transit damages and streamlining the debit process
• Auditing the packed cartons before dispatch based on schedule
• Analyzing & taking Counter measures on the errors of packing
• Addressing the issues with OSSP as and when required
• Reducing Transit claims

• Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records
• Create an efficient space utilization plan
• Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory
• Alternate goods in inventory by observing first-in and first-out approaches to keep shelves organized and properly stocked
• Train store staff in product dating and create procedures to eliminate loss
• Stock count, variance analysis and posting with necessary approval and root cause analysis

• Unloaded packages from the truck and stored them properly in the warehouse
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Report damaged or missing part details to supervisors
• Material Tracking to Run the Production without Stoppage
