• Post addition of loan to the system, financial clauses are identified and imported to "Green Screen".
• Loans will be assigned to individuals on priority basis.
• Following the assignment, extensive research on language is performed to determine the "DSCR" and perform the requisite analysis as per the Loan Documents.
• Calculation of DSCR is solely done on the definition available in the Loan documents.
• Comparison of DSCR to threshold helps us identify the required action to be taken by the "CRM".
• The conventional actions involve "depositing reserves or excess cash".
• Calculation of DSCR for YTD" is pivotal to evaluate property (commercial, hospitality etc.) performance.
• The above practice is recurrent every quarter to ensure "consistency of loan".
• Effectively advise Borrower Queries for any clarifications in the analysis performed.
