  • Undertook a special assignment from PepsiCo to revive a dormant Krones 42,000 BPH PET plant that had been idle for 4 years at a third-party location.
  • Re-establishing the entire operation, spanning production, engineering, security, logistics, and all operational setups, to meet the demands of the seasonal market.
  • Successfully completed the project within 70 days.
  • Maintained a consistent plant operational efficiency of 80% throughout the one-year contract period.

  • Managed a substantial team of 850 professionals, including 10 direct reports (6 expats out of 10).
  • Responsible for the cluster plant manufacturing outputs and KPI's.
  • Responsible for yearly Capex and Opex.
  • Oversaw all assets, including maintenance plans, project implementations, and the successful launch of new products.
  • Played a pivotal role in contributing to brownfield expansion projects, valued at approximately €22 million that included the introduction of two high-capacity Sidel PET lines (40000 BPH, CSD, CSD /water integrated), expansion of water treatment plant, a new 2.0 tons/hour capacity CO2 plant, expansion of Power plant and many more.
