- Coordinate with customer for Purchase order / Sales Contract for the style(s)
- Attending the production meeting to get the hand over date for the particular style and update the customer
- Coordinate with inter department and give proper planning to forwarders to executive the shipment for the vessel and Flight for Sea / Sea & Air and Air modes
- Update the vessel details to the customer at the destination.
- Proper documents should be provided well in advance and update in the software
- Once the shipment has been sailed from the origin, original BL should be collected from the shipper and send the Same to the destination office for shipment clearance at the destination.
- L/C will be followed up from Customer for the shipper
- Upon receipt of original LC, match with order sheet for each other
- Once vendor negotiated the dox, follow up with customer for payment on the due date for SMS and Bulk shipment(s)
- Upon receipt of payment from the customer, will reconcile the payment with vendor invoice(s)
