Induction Joining Formalities

  • Ensure the Joining documents are filled by the new joiners.
  • Bank account opening for the new joiners, ID card coordination.
  • Involving in preparing the documents such as offers, Acknowledgments, appointment Letters, etc...
  • Providing temporary ID cards and access cards to the new joiners.
  • Co-ordinate with the IT team for the System/Lap lot & Seat allocation.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct induction programming, and devise the orientation plan for the new joiners.
  • Handled the complete Induction program, Documentation Verification, Personal File Creation, Company policy briefing, and HR policies to the new joiners.
  • Ensuring proper and facilitating a structured joining and induction process for all lateral new joiners and working towards continuously improving and upgrading the induction process.
  • Establish, maintain, review, and communicate personnel procedures and ensure effective communication of H.R.-related matters to employees.

Post Recruitment

  • Making & issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters.
  • Responsible for collecting the entire document. Educational certificate, Relieving Letter, reference number, Salary certificate, Appointment Letter, Medical fitness certificate passport copy, photo, address & Maintaining employee records and files.
  • Creating employee IDs in Company ERP for all new joiners, Disbursing the Joining Kit, and preparation of personal files.
  • Notification email about new joiners to all departments.

Overall Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the manpower needs of the Organization. Planned, develop, implement, and maintain a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners. Assist in the integration of complex business factors to build talent acquisition strategies that lead to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle for the Lateral, campus, right from understanding the requirement to making the final closures.
  • Constant interaction with top institution through Internship, MOU, Agreement, Technical Hackathon etc...
  • Gathering market intelligence regarding skills, salary levels, and company mapping.
  • Distinctions of completing many campus drives.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting people with varied technology experience across different levels.
  • Developing and implementing leading-edge recruitment practices and assessment processes that will ensure the delivery of a diverse pool of high-quality candidates to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Managing the hiring of people across levels and skills and taking care of both the lateral as well as campus hiring.
  • Partner proactively with business leaders to fully understand their resourcing requirements and translate these into high-quality recruitment solutions which support strategy.
  • Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources such as Universities, Recruitment Agencies, Search firms, etc.
  • Training Planning and delivery assistance.
  • Individually managed campus program for hiring 3500 plus full-time fresh Engineers Majorly from BE/B. Tech.
  • Later hiring from different sources like Naukri, vendors, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience in Vendor management like Vendor Sourcing, Vendor evaluation & Empanelment.
  • Periodic review with vendors on their performance reports every quarterly.
