•To plan the vehicle coverage for optimum utilization

All statutory documents to be in place (Driver licenses, Vehicle fitness, Insurance & Permit ETC)

To process the Fuel/Maintainace /spare/3pl transport bills in advance

•To follow-up with Warehouse team to speed up the loading activity

•Ensuring Nil Transit Damages
