  • I had the opportunity to work at TaskUs, an international BPO, across multiple processes. In my first role OSCAR which is an American insurance company where my job was to assist hospitals and doctors by providing detailed information about customers' medical insurance over the phone.
  • Later, I transitioned to the Deliveroo project where I had a dual role. I supported delivery partners and assisted customers from various countries including the UK, Singapore, and UAE through both calls and chat interactions. It was rewarding to help solve problems and ensure a smooth experience for both our partners and customers.
