  • Leading the Testing, SMT, and Assembly team.
  • My core responsibilities are as the project coordinator for the New Projects and EMS Projects.
  • Experience in the execution and handling of EMS projects within an organization, and worked with renowned brands' projects.
  • Manufacturing test process setup.
  • Operation and handling of test instruments, like RF testers, audio testers, laser marking machines, power supplies, printers and scanners, and weighing machines.
  • Work on various tester instruments and maintain them for RF testing, such as CMW 100, CMW 500, AGILENT, STARPOINT, EXM, and IQXSTREAM.
  • To set up a complete assembly line from assembly, FT and packing.
  • To set up RF calibration and verification on the SMT line, RF flag generation, and serial number writing during calibration (including MES integration).
  • Expertise in RF tools like Multi-ATA, Simba, CFT, and IQ Stream.
  • To work on all new projects and tools with the coordination of the NPI team and ODM.
  • Work with the process (functional and structural) team, and the quality team, to drive product development and review machine specifications.
  • Test all new tools and software related to NPI.
  • Work on various accessories projects, such as smart watches, neckbands, and TWS.
  • Working on the Charger Project from development to execution.
  • Knowledge of MES, basic SQL, and work on changes to MES with the help of a developer. Able to do UAT of MES.
  • Responsible for all equipment purchases as per the required project for SMT and assembly testing.
  • Material/spare procurement, coordinate with the equipment department for material code, clarification to the vendors, and the purchase department.
  • 5S, kaizen, and manpower training. Basic knowledge of SQL queries and the SAP MM module. Production order, material management, purchase request management in SAP.
  • Additional knowledge of designing labels and making PRN files for printing labels, like IMEI labels, gift box IMEI labels, MRP labels, master carton IMEI labels, etc.
