  • RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland), The Mortgage applications are of both Host(Mainframe) and offhost (Non Mainframe) applications and had successfully solutionised ways to migrate offhost applications from Source to Target. Carried on the design/development and testing of additional requirements in Masking Routines to mask special type of fields which are marked as sensitive. Successfully rolled out extracts into Production and implemented Masking for all those extracts. Conducted trainings for cross platforms on the ETL process of RBS.
  • Finacle UBS (Core Banking Product), The module being built on a co-build basis along with a customer, the role involved interaction with customer, validating the requirement, from a product roadmap perspective, system design and final delivery sign-off from the customer. Been part of design and development of new services for Islamic offerings and built frameworks for Islamic specific practices. Reviewed proposals, prepared Product presentation to clients that won us deals worth 3m- 5m $. Quickly managed to bring Islamic requirements in products’ various releases thereby cutting down the customization Impact drastically.   • Finacle UBS (Core Banking Product), Managed and delivered nearly 15000 PDays Effort Project consisting of 60 line items which are legally committed that enabled the bank to go-live. Been part of Technical reviews, Process compliance and Module Stability activities which resulted in high quality deliverable and on time. Been part of design / review / development of services for specific client requirements. Initiated new strategy for requirement analysis for CR (Change Requests) Items from banks and that became very successful and hence being implemented even today. This resulted in ramp up of a 2 member team to 10 member team, there by bringing more revenue to offshore business operations.
