• Developing project supply plan, preparing project budgets & contracts
• Developing metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement into achieve working capital target
• Collaborate with logistics team to manage freight and customs clearance process
• Evaluate vendor and freight forwarders performance and establish strategies for improvements
• Preparing spend analysis and establish opportunities to streamline procurement process
• Prepare & maintain all QMS documents pertaining to service provided to customers
• Establish procurement systems to ensure timely availability of materials within the defined parameters of cost, quality & time
• Lead time reduction for materials and localization for cost reduction
• Preparing production supply chain plan as per customer overseas products requirements

• Responsible for complete sourcing for both production and prototype materials (Perfume Products)
• Developing new products proposal, design and executing prototype process
• Executing MRP’s, Processing PO’s and follow ups with suppliers to ensure timely material receipt
• Planning and executing materials supply operations and materials forecast managements
• Responsible for indirect purchasing, machinery, Services and IT products (Local vendors)
• Establish sourcing for all new products and developing vendors
• Negotiation with suppliers on Price, delivery schedule, quality, product development, and other terms and conditions pertaining to supply etc.

• Buyer for automobile interior production materials (Customer: FORD India)
• Responsible for both production and Non-Prod sourcing and procurement
• Purchase order execution and vendor management Contract Management IT, Services and Machinery commodities
• Negotiation with suppliers for price, contracts etc.
• Responsible for timely material delivery at the most economical cost, with quality standards
• Managing freight forwarders and supporting import process requirements
