  • Introduced indoor cricket in Bengaluru with a structured format of two different tournament levels. Indoor cricket being a popular sport outside India needed substantial attention within the country to establish a formalised structure. A two-tier format is currently live in association with the indoor cricket federation of India and Insportz Arena as the official venue partner.
  • Developed an end-to-end plan for 10 indoor cricket tournaments throughout 2025, outlining the expected costs and potential revenue for each, GTM Strategies, sponsorships and rulebook. The proactive planning provided a clear roadmap for financial performance and resource allocation for these events.
  • Successfully generated an extra INR 150,000 in monthly revenue for Gully91 via the introduction and execution of indoor cricket tournaments. The revenue is generated via participation fee paid by the participants for each tournament.
  • Introduced opinion trading for leather and tennis ball hyperlocal cricket tournaments, which generated a total revenue of INR 815K in just three months with a GMV of 2.5M. Additionally, initiated new products such as musical night, food and in-app streaming show for superior experience.
  • Established partnership agreements with fitness & nutrition, jersey, sports-tech, travel, and beverage brands for various indoor cricket tournaments. Additionally, partnered with local breweries and kitchens for a barter as creating a holistic experience for all the participants and officials.

  • Increased Instagram video views for a football tournament by more than 20,000 without any additional cost via influencer marketing. Targeted football centric micro-influencers on Instagram post screening ~50 influencers. The micro-influencers created one reel each as per the assigned script in addition to re-sharing Gully91's tournament on their Instagram handles thereby increasing engagement and reach by 30% and 25% respectively.
  • Initiated Gully91's marketing strategy with marketing collaborations with football update account, which led to a 4% increase in traffic to our website with contribution via Twitter. The collaboration helped spread word about the football tournament across the existing community of ~50K followers.
  • Headed the marketing strategy for the football tournament, resulting in significant improvements across key metrics. Observed a 60% increment in YouTube live stream views, a 31% increase in digital impressions across all social media channels (Meta, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) and a 40% improvement website visits from organic search and direct channels during the effective campaign.
  • Successfully grew Gully91's YouTube channel to 2.5 million + video views and 171 million+ impressions. Gully91's YouTube channel was the primary source of live streaming for the tournament (with more than 60K views on the live stream) and has been grown organically.
  • Spearheaded Sikkim's sports digital transformation, driving record-breaking engagement with 3.7M+ impressions and 696K+ views through strategic content optimization and community building on YouTube.

  • Developed and launched new commission plans (both fixed and variable) for our offline user base expansion. The plan was executed across 6 locations (Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Patna, and Gurugram) hiring more than 100 individuals working on either fixed or a variable commission.
  • Successfully kept the cost of acquiring each new user through offline channels below INR 100/month. The CAC regularly kept under check while simultaneously mapping it against the online user acquisition channels. Since beginning ensured the CAC is 50% lower than the online user acquisition.
  • Grew our offline user acquisition channel to a scale of yearly revenue from these users reaching INR 1 Million. The offline channel had a daily addition of ~500 users via both the acquisition methods.
  • Played a key role in getting around 150,000 new users for Probo's application through offline and other marketing activities. Users were acquired via offline marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL), commission models and affiliate marketing. Offline campaigns were executed in partnership with colleges, local restaurants/cafes, tea shops, and co-working spaces.
  • Set up a system to regularly track important numbers like how much a user is worth long-term (LTV), how much it costs to get a user (CAC), and how long it takes to earn back our investment (Payback Period) for users from offline channels. Ensured a payback period of less than 3 months throughout.
  • Led a separate vertical for user acquisition via campus ambassador program in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Madhya Pradesh, Alwar, and more such locations. Acquired ~30K users via 22 campus ambassadors generating more than 1 Million GMV per week. Carried out end-to-end operations, GTM Strategy, health check, and onboarding new ambassadors.
