Project Description -

Focusing on areas of non-hana Managed Apps with deploying sap applications on multi cloud multi os (cluster) environment (for example sap netweaver , scs-ers apps , pas-aas on susue/oel/windows platform with AWS/Azure/GPC cloud on multiple client machine), backup recovery and resiliency, native DR setup , data backup.

Responsibilities:

• Working in Cloudops and DevOps team to develop advanced POCs and automation for SAP Network High Availability in multicloud platforms and various operating systems, such as AWS, Azure, IBM , Linux, Windows etc.
• Developed comprehensive support features and collections using Azure and AWS technologies like Azure file storage replication, Robocopy, Azure NFS fileshare, Azure load balancing, Azure Site Replication, AWS EFS, Azure native backup activation.
• Configured development environments utilizing virtual machines on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex issues
• Created detailed documentation related to design decisions, implementation strategies, and usage instructions, outlining system architecture, coding conventions and best practices.

Project Title - NPD Phase II

Client - NPD

Project Description - NPD provide marketing research services. It helps retailers and manufacturers identify market trends to make smarter business decisions by offering data, industry expertise and prescriptive analytics to help their customers grow. NPD helps to measure, predict, and improve performance of all its customers ranging across various domains also called as trackers. NPD combines POS data with consumer data to achieve real business results and to harness them. NPD uses Ab Initio as their ETL tool to process consumer data. We are currently migrating this project from Ab Initio to Hydrograph.

Responsibilities -

• Team module lead, organizing trainings and coordination for on-boarding team members.
• Worked as developer to convert Ab Initio logic to Hygrograph. Solely developed comparison utility to cross check final output. Automatized end to end process run by creating metadata json as part of shift left testing.
• Enhanced team performance by implementing training programs and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Project Title - CECL

Client - Discover

Project Description -

The CECL project was kicked off due to a regulatory and compliance change in the way we estimate losses within our loans. The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) declared a new regulatory standard known as Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL). Discover is required to reserve for the lifetime of our loans an estimated credit loss for all financial assets. In order to estimate expected life of loan losses Discover will have to incorporate historical information, current condition, and reasonable and supportable forecast.

The objective of this project is to acquire and install a platform that facilitated the efficient linking and running of financial models to produce a credit loss reserve to reduce the time spent reviewing the output of each model as it is run and prior to it passed on to other teams and models. Discover will adjust the allowance for loan losses and related deferred tax asset through a direct adjustment to retained earnings. This new standard represents the mist sweeping change to bank accounting ever.

Project Description -

Card fraud and authorizations team is responsible to analyze card authorization transactions and prevent possible fraud by identifying the customer behavior. The team is responsible to build fraud prevention models and provide data insights for Discover Financial Services. The team analyze card authorization data and predict possible fraud. Fraud prevention reduce monetary losses Discover financials may incur.

Responsibilities -

• Supported software development projects by defining clear requirements and effectively communicating them to technical teams.
• Onsite coordinator for offshore.
• Collaborated with other developers to identify and alleviate software errors and inefficiencies.
• Actively participated in team meetings to share knowledge, exchange ideas, address challenges, and collaborate on potential solutions.

Project Title - GSAP

Project Description -

GSAP processes Online transactions in North America and Asia Pacific regions. Services include a complete Electronic Payment Delivery System to both financial institutions and corporate retailers. The Host Capture Product gives Global Payments' customers the flexibility to choose the Electronic Data Capture system that best addresses their specific market needs for Authorization and settlement. Whether a terminal-based or host-based capture system or some combination of the two is more effective for the customer’s specific business needs, the system can accommodate the customer across the different regions.

Responsibilities -

• Assisted with deployment activities such as migrations and upgrades of existing software components.
• Provided technical support for applications in production environment by troubleshooting issues and recommending enhancements based on user feedback.
• Created detailed technical documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps to explain complex concepts.
• Identified opportunities for automation within existing processes to improve efficiency.

Project Title - RETRA

Project Description -

Morgan Stanley OATS is the system used to satisfy the firm’s OATS (Order Audit Trail System) reporting obligation in the US. This entails transmitting a set of flat files to FINRA each night. Additionally, the events within each order lifecycle are linked together allowing FINRA to build the complete audit trail of how each order was handle by the firm.

Responsibilities -

• Developed custom solutions for clients, tailoring technical specifications to meet unique needs.
• Responsible in OATS enhancement and development and there after performing the regression testing for each release.
• Determined areas for improvement and implemented processes to alleviate problems.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Championed change management efforts to drive adoption of new technology systems across the organization smoothly.

Project Title - TAM DB Remediation

Transfer Review is a project for reviewing the entitlements for associates in Morgan whenever they get transferred in or out of Morgan or even inside Morgan under ISG-ISG / ISG-WM.

Responsibilities -

Project Title - PEG (Process excellence Group)

Project Description -

PEG is an Internal Process Management Tool. It is meant for monitoring and conducting process which help to maintain smooth delivery of service to client. All kind of process related activity in SDLC is captured by this department to showcase client that projects are running effectively under TCS.

Responsibilities -

• I was the SPOC for Wealth Management side in MS.
• Planning and organizing Audit, PMRs, PFS for Wealth Management projects.
• Interactions with Portfolio Managers, Project managers and PLs for regulations.
