Leveraged 13 years of experience with Unified Inventory Management (UIM) to manage complex end-to-end migrations of PSTN, Broadband, ISDN, Cloud Voice, DIA, SIP Trunk, FTTH, Fiber, Satellite Phone, and Email services from legacy systems to UIM, developing a strong understanding of UIM design, data model, and process flows.

Well versed with the various other modules of MSS like Equipment Modeling, Order Management, Inventory Management and Work Management. Received best employee award 3 times during this period.
