• Worked as onsite coordinator for (Parker Aerospace and Gulfstream Aerospace, Hamilton Sundstrand, Clevarham, UK) and coordinated the projects between client and off-shore team.
• Analysis of Sensors used in aero engines for thermal, speed, and vibration measurement (Comparing the result with failed failure models).
• Study of sensors considering residual stress induced due to the welding process.
• Optimization of Reactor Cart, Planetary Drive System and Wafer handling Fork used in the semiconductor Industry.
• Crimping analysis of Hose with two-piece coupling and prediction of the final diameter of the socket after the spring back effect. Socket and Nipple were modeled using non-linear material properties to simulate plasticity. PTFE tube of the Hose was modeled with Hyperplastic material property. Radial displacement was applied on the Crimping tool at jaw location.
• Worked on brackets used to support CACTUS packages of aircraft, main and tail rotors actuators of Helicopters.
• Analysis of Pressure relief valves, Ejector pump, Inlet Isolation Valve (IIV) – Ozone Converter (OZC) Sub-system used in Aircraft.
• Analysis of the air-conditioning unit for the server room as per the customer requirement.
• Work instructions and checklists were developed for major tasks.

• Methodology development for crimping process between a hose and with two-piece coupling
