Testing and quality control.

• Based on deployment in sprints (2 per release version) per month.
• Regression testing: end-to-end testing process.
• Design, execute, and automate test cases to identify defects and ensure a smooth tool workflow.

• Global Tools: SAP JIRA, SAP CRM, ServiceNow.
• Internal Tools: DED PQA, DED ET.

• Skilled in creating and executing test plans through JIRA tickets.
• Identifying defects after the QAS (quality) deployment (per release version).
• Improving processes to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Improvement JIRA proposals for new enhancements.
• Monthly showcase of the QA JIRA data, based on story points covered.
• Monthly session (after final PROD deployment) with global stakeholders on showcasing new features deployed and a smooth tool workflow.
