• To achieve customer advocacy by eliciting and understanding internal and external technology customer needs, and analyzing, refining, synthesizing, translating and ensuring are documented in form that can be readily understood by all stakeholder

• Support feature team in creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts identifying and supporting implementation tasks
