  • I am responsible for overseas business development for food & feed products, Full P&L and operational responsibility of the overseas business for Soybean Meal and other value added Soya products to more than 45 countries in Far East, South East Asia, SAARC , Europe, Middle East and, Africa.
  • Leading a team of more than 5 employees and heading top-line and bottom-line revenues for export business
  • Analyzing market dynamics, helping management in formulation of short term & long term strategies as per prevailing market situations, guiding and providing market support to sales team, and strengthening networks with international partners.
  • Exploring the possibility of strategic business alliance with suitable partners in South East Asia/ Middle East/ Europe/ Africa Continent to represent our range of specialised products.
    Expanding company contact base through soundly planned trade shows and special events in Europe, Middle East, South East Asia & Africa.
  • Corresponding on daily basis with HODs of production team, QA & QC team, logistics & operations, Documentation team and finance team for ensuring successful execution of all export sales contracts. Involved in all activities from concluding contract till receipt of payment from customers.
  • Working with clients across numerous time zones and ensuring all shipment issues are handled and discrepancies if any get resolved a timely and professional manner.

  • Significant increase in sales and revenue on continuous basis (even in adverse market conditions).
  • Identified the opportunity to introduced “BP Grade Soybean Oil” as an excepient in softgel capsules 3 years back and achieved 1000 MT export sales benchmark in last year 2022-23.
  • Launched globally Bypass Soya Protein under technical know-how from Borregard Ligntech, Norway and Fermented Soybean Meal for the first time in India successfully
  • Added many new customers / new markets for various Soya products in food , feed and pharma application.
